  • SCHEDULING:  2 locations are available for scheduling via online.The site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week & a current credit card will be required in order to book. *Occasionally, same day appointments can be serviced. Check availability by texting 773-517-1669. *A deposit may be required*

  • AVAILABILITY:  All services & consultations are performed * BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!* during published opening hours. This means that ALL anticipated servicing must be approved for scheduling in order to be considered. No walk in services.

  • DEPOSITS:  If your service requires a deposit, you will receive an invoice that must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling, & it will be applied to the final amount. Any rescheduling will suspend the deposit for 30 days from the date of the original appointment, after which, you will forfeit any amounts. More details will accompany your invoice. *ALL deposits are NON REFUNDABLE*

  • TIME MANAGEMENTIn order to effectively service all of our guests, reservations for services are given. Many services are "stacked" or overlapped based on the ebb & flow of the day. There will often be services that require more time, & therefore will need advanced notification. For this reason, it is important that you are clear in what you expect to have done BEFORE you schedule to keep from impeding on the next guest. Also keep in mind that although we strive to get everyone in immediately, there may be times when you will be asked to sit in the waiting area. Your patience when this happens is GREATLY appreciated!

  • LATE ARRIVAL:  You are expected to arrive at your designated time. However, as a courtesy, you are given a 15 minute grace period, after which, your appointment will need to be rescheduled (Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policies apply). If you expect to arrive later than the grace period, with expectations of being serviced, please give us a call or text. If you do not call & you arrive later than the grace period, you will be considered a "walk in" & a $30 inconvenience fee will be added to your final cost.*this fee will be enforced but can be avoided with respect to the policies*

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash is preferred. However, all major credit & debit cards are accepted. *A convenience fee applies to card purchases* NO PERSONAL CHECKS

  • REFUNDS: There will be *ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS* on services or product sales.We understand that there are times when client expectations will not be fully met. For this reason, you are given a 72 hour period (3 days) to contact us with any concerns. We will do our very best to come to an agreement on how to satisfy your needs.*Other conditions apply

  • QUOTES & PRICING: Please pay close attention to pricing when scheduling online, as many services are listed with a "starting at", "varies" or "hourly" price point. What this means is that prices are subject to change. Therefore, no firm quotes will be given to new guests on basic services until after their hair has been touched & or shampooed. In order to avoid any surprises, please feel free to text 773-517-1669 with concerns or to set up an in person consultation.

  • CONVENIENCE SERVICES: We understand that life can get busy & you don't always have enough time in the day to prepare for your upcoming appointment. For this reason, we currently offer 8 items on the menu called "convenience services". In order to effectively manage our time, it is important that you notify us upon scheduling of your interest in having anything done from this menu. Choosing to sit in the salon & do them yourself is also an option as long as there is someone being serviced & or it will not exceed your 15 minute grace period. Once you have exceeded the grace period & the chair has become available, we will then take over the process. If you choose to reschedule your appointment in order to avoid the service cost, last minute cancellation fees will apply. 

  • CHILDREN CLIENTS: We love all of our beauties! Even the little ones. Got some errands to run, other littles one to attend to? No problem! Feel free to drop your child off for servicing. However, as a courtesy, we ask that children who are left be retrieved within 30 minutes of notified completion. Anything beyond that time will be charged an inconvenience fee of $2 per minute.

  • GUESTS & TAGALONGS: Your enthusiastic view of our business is heartfelt & appreciated. However, as a courtesy to our staff, guests & other salon owners in the building, we ask that you do not bring those individuals who aren't being serviced.

  • LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS: We do understand that guests will have extenuating circumstances. Charging fees is not our favorite thing to do, & we understand that cancelling before the deadline may not always be an option, so it helps us to help you when you communicate! PLEASE CALL OR TEXT 773-517-1669 before making the decision not to show up, otherwise you will be charged the total amount of your service. Add to that, CHRONIC cancellations will be invited to schedule directly with your professional in order to effectively offer servicing to all of our guests.
